Across the branded social media pages at Aramark Leisure, I’ve conceptualized and executed many sweepstakes in order to generate leads for future email marketing. When appropriate, I would outreach to potential partners in an effort to amplify our reach to their brand audiences as well.
This example was a pre-season sweepstakes for Visit Mesa Verde, the Durango/Silverton Railroad was brought on board as a partner.
This promotion ran from 3/29 - 4/15 and resulted in:
- 20% growth in the number of Facebook fans
- 2,235 entries
- 70% opt-in rate for future email marketing
- 100% of those opt-ins were new to our database
