Aramark’s Leisure business unit does work in America’s most beautiful places, including Denali National Park, Yosemite National Park, Olympic National Park and others. The organization recognizes the need to protect these rare environments where we live, work and play. It’s important to not only execute on our sustainability programs, but to communicate them to our clients, business partners, guests and the greater public.
This report covered 53 locations managed and operated by Aramark Leisure. I was the project manager, working in conjunction with our Director of Sustainability and our external agency, to create the Environmental Sustainability Report. Our Director of Sustainability acquired the data (primarily using our EMS Enablon) and together we created the outline, and ultimately the copy for the final report. In support of the sustainability message, the report was not printed, but was electronically distributed.
